The details
Good to know
- Clean linens and towels must be available on-site for the bed reset and towel staging — unless the Laundry Service add-on is selected.
- Laundry and restocking are separate add-ons, so you only pay for what you need.
- Inside-oven and inside-fridge checks are part of a normal turnover; heavy interior cleaning is an add-on.
- We don't purchase supplies unless approved in advance.
- Any damage, maintenance issue, excessive mess, missing item, or low inventory noticed during service is reported to you.

Any add-ons (laundry, inside oven or fridge, heavy pet hair, restocking, and so on) add time on top of this estimate. Your actual time also depends on the home’s condition — and when we send a team of cleaners, the job finishes faster.
